       马德印（中文版），字德芳，笔名墨古，印清，雅号行云流水、松瀑清音等，汉族，山东东阿人，定居北京。他是中国人民大学艺术学院艺术硕士研究生，导师是苏士澍郑晓华等先生。中央美术学院姚治华先生的入室弟子，中国美术家协会理事陈政明先生的学生，天津美院霍春阳先生传统书画研究室研究员，并且是清雍正第九代孙既北师大启功导师的堂弟爱新觉罗·启驤的学生‌‌。

       现为中央电视台艺术导师，中国非遗（书法，美术）传承人，中国文化信息协会文专委顾问，为全国书画艺术委员会主席，并且是中国楹联学会书研会副主席、中国书画院院士、中国国际交流书画院特约书法家、国家一级美术师、中国当代名家书画院理事、中国书画收藏家协会会员、四川省硬笔书法家协会常务理事、国澍书画院院长、北京龙脉翰林书画院常务院长等‌‌。

       马德印自幼偏爱书法绘画艺术，观摩家族长辈乡里书家现场书法，绘画所见人物，动物，植物等 。

       小学一年级受到老师赵永先先生的书法正统教育。

       2009年听取爱新觉罗启驤先生书法讲课，记忆犹新。

       2013年参加第二届“平复帖杯”全国书法篆刻大展。

       2013年4月他的四幅作品经过国家邮政局的严格赛审核后被中国国际集邮总公司入选并制作、出版及发行为【美丽中国主题邮币卡】。

       2013年4月参加首届西狭颂全国书法大赛。

       2013年5月参加莱州市“云峰奖”全国书法大展和中国（芮城）永乐宫第六届国际书画艺术节暨全国“魏晋风度”新锐书法作品展。
